What the service is

Sprout AI lets you connect accounts you are authorized to access, view normalized financial information, and request automated analysis of it. It cannot move money, modify a bank account, place trades, extend credit, or initiate payments, and no setting or request can grant it those abilities.

Your account

You must give accurate account information, keep your credentials safe, connect only accounts you are authorized to access, and comply with the law. You must not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service, or use its output to harm another person. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.

Subscriptions and trials

Sprout Plus on iOS offers two automatically renewing plans: US$9.99 per week or US$99.99 per year. There is no monthly plan. Eligible Apple accounts can begin with a 3-day free trial. The app and Apple's confirmation sheet show your storefront's price, billing period, and trial eligibility before you confirm. Local prices and taxes may differ.

Apple manages payment through your Apple Account. After a free trial, your selected plan automatically renews at the displayed price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subsequent renewals continue until you cancel; cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal to avoid that charge. If you are not eligible for a trial, payment begins when you confirm your subscription.

Manage or cancel your plan in your Apple subscription settings, also available from More → Manage subscription in Sprout. Use Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple Account and Sprout account used for the subscription. Deleting Sprout or your Sprout account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Connecting a supported bank is required to use the financial analysis features.

Automated answers

Answers may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are informational only and are not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Check anything that matters against your current institution statements, and speak to a qualified professional before making a decision that depends on it.

Third parties

Bank connections depend on Plaid and on participating financial institutions. AI features depend on a contracted inference provider. Their availability, coverage, and terms can affect specific features of the service.

Availability and ending

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with the law, or improve the service. You may stop using Sprout AI at any time and delete your account from More. We may restrict accounts used unlawfully or in ways that threaten the service or other people.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. MindCrafters LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
