Support

Most things take one tap. Here is where.

If none of this fixes it, email us and a person will pick it up, usually within one business day.

Connection problems

Open Accounts and refresh the institution. If the authorization has expired, choose reconnect and complete the flow at your bank. Disconnecting stops future synchronization; the records already stored stay until you delete your account.

Banks occasionally block a connection on their side. When that happens the card shows a reconnect prompt rather than an error, and retrying after a few minutes usually clears it.

A number looks wrong

Every answer lists the accounts and date range it was built from. Compare that range with your statement first, since pending transactions and different posting dates are the usual cause. If it still does not add up, email us the question you asked and roughly when, and we will trace it.

Never send a password, bank credential, full account number, API key, or one-time code. We will never ask for them.

Trials and subscriptions

Sprout Plus on iPhone offers US$9.99 per week or US$99.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial for eligible Apple accounts and no monthly plan. Apple confirms your local price and trial eligibility before purchase. Your selected plan renews automatically after the trial. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends or the next renewal to avoid that charge.

Open More → Manage subscription in Sprout, or your Apple subscription settings, to change or cancel your plan. To restore access, sign in with the same Sprout account and Apple Account used to subscribe, then choose Restore purchases on the welcome screen or paywall. If a purchase is waiting for approval, access begins after Apple confirms it.

Delete your account

Sign in, open More, choose Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your account along with its financial records, transactions, and conversations. It cannot be undone.

Account options are also available during onboarding. Deleting your Sprout account or the app does not cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple subscription settings.
