# Sprout AI

> Sprout AI (on the App Store as "Chat With Your Finance") is a read-only AI personal finance app by MindCrafters LLC. It connects to eligible US and Canadian bank and card accounts through Plaid and answers questions about spending, subscriptions, cash flow, balances, and unusual charges in plain English. Every answer names the accounts and the date range behind it. It runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac, the web, and inside Claude through a plugin and remote MCP server; a ChatGPT app is in review.

Key facts:
- Read-only: Sprout cannot move money, pay bills, transfer, trade, cancel subscriptions, dispute charges, or lend. It never sees bank passwords (Plaid handles sign-in).
- Pricing: Sprout Plus US$99.99 per year or US$9.99 per week (CA$129.99 per year or CA$12.99 per week in Canada), with a 3-day free trial for eligible Apple accounts on iPhone. No monthly plan.
- Countries: United States and Canada. USD and CAD stay in their own currencies.
